High Speed 1 (HS-1)

High Speed 1 is the railway between St Pancras in London and the Channel Tunnel and connects with the international high speed routes between London and Paris, and London and Brussels. HS1 Ltd is the owner of the stations along the route, including the magnificently refurbished St Pancras International.

 

 

HS-1 have 4 stations.

St Pancras International is the iconic terminus station on the highspeed rail line. It is extremely well connected to 6 underground train lines, and being so close to King's Cross make's it one of the greatest interchange hubs in London. The Victorian station itself has been respectfully restored to create a magnificent environment for visitors to enjoy. 

The Station has:

  • 9 high speed platforms, 6 for international and 3 for domestic

  • 4 classic platforms

  • 90,000 sqft of retail space

  • 324 car parking spaces

St Pancras International

Stratford International

Stratford International Station sits in the heart of Stratford City - the largest single mixed-use urban regeneration project in Europe - that includes Westfield Shopping Centre. During the summer of 2012 the station will play a key role in supporting the large number of spectators visiting the games.

The Station has:

  • 4 high speed platforms, 2 for international and 2 for domestic ( *except during games time when all 4 will be for domestic services)

  • over 3000 sqft of retail space

  • 840 car parking spaces (*operation after the games)

 

Ebbsfleet International

Situated near Dartford, Ebbsfleet International is just 17 minutes away from St Pancras International. It's close to the M25, M20 and A2 and, with 10 million people living within the  catchment area, it's an obvious choice for commuters to use to Park and Rail.

The Station has:

  • 6 Highspeed platforms, 2 for international and 4 for Domestic services

  • connections to the Classic network

  • approx 3000 sqft of retail space

  • over 5000 car park spaces

 

 

Ashford International

Ashford International station serves the Eurostar departures and arrivals on the high speed line and is connected to the Ashford station on the classic railway for ease of onward connectivity for services into and across Kent.

The station has:

  • 4 highspeed platforms,

  • over 3000 sqft of retail space

  • 1800 car park spaces
